  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Return Procedure

• Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within [X] business days.

Each Clasp is made to order. All 3D printed parts are only ordered after the customer placed an order!
It takes 1 weeks to produce the 3D printed parts. Assembling needs one day. And shipping can take up to 3 weeks (depending on the destination).
